We are so excited that you are considering having your wedding or event at Lucky Old Sun Ranch in Jupiter, Florida! We cannot wait to hear how you will transform the property into your one-of-a-kind wedding or event! Please take a few moments to read through our frequently asked questions about the ranch to see if we are the right fit for your celebration.

What is the cost of renting out your venue for my wedding or event?

To rent our Jupiter Farms country property for your event, the daily rental fee is $5,000.  Because choosing to have a country wedding at Lucky Old Sun Ranch is great from the sense of its a beautiful blank slate of countryside in South Florida, we have a wonderful list of vendors that you can contract out to help make your wedding day or event come together flawlessly.

Where are you located?

We are west of I-95 in Jupiter, Florida.  If you’d like to come by and see the property, by appointment ONLY we’d love to set up a time to meet with you.  Please email us at hello@luckyoldsunranch.com .

Do you have an indoor space?

We don’t have a completely enclosed indoor space, but we do have two covered areas.  One of our covered areas is barn with horse stalls that make creative walk through spaces for photo-booth’s and lounging areas.  Adjacent to the barn and horse stables, we also have a 40 foot by 25 foot Pole Barn with a gorgeous 10 foot wagon wheel chandelier that is great as a dance floor or covered reception dinner area.

Do you have tables and chairs available on the property?

Because each wedding and event has different needs, we have a few great vendor referrals for tables and chairs.  Some people want farm tables, some people want standard rounds, all of these options we will help you walk through after booking your wedding with us.

How many events do you host a year?

We will host no more than 10 events a year.

How do I find out if the date we want is available?

Can we bring in our own caterer or other vendors?

Yes!  We simply ask that every single vendor is licensed and insured.  And is also able to add Lucky Old Sun Ranch, as an added insured on their professional liability policy.

Do you give Military discounts?

Yes!  We are very grateful that you have chosen to serve our country and appreciate that you are the reason we get to live here!  We offer a $500 discount off our daily rate to active Military, Firefighters or active Duty Officers.

Do you give Friday, Sunday or mid-week discounts?

Because we are trying to keep the number of events we book a year to 10, we are not offering a discount for a different day of the week.  You’ll have a deeper appreciation if you visit the property, there is a lot of work, landscaping and clean up that goes into creating a perfect setting for your guests.  Every palm tree will look it’s best and the barns will be spic and span from top to bottom!

Do you have restrooms?

Currently you will need to bring in restrooms to accommodate your guests.  Our weddings and events on the property have brought in really nice portable restroom facilities with marble countertops and hardwood floors!

Where will my guests park?

We have parking along the fence of our property.

Do you offer the rental of your property for photoshoots?

Because we want our property to be showcased in it’s best light, of course!  We call for a three hour minimum booking at a rate of $100 per hour. All vendors must be licensed and insured, so we require that photographers obtain liability insurance coverage to use the property, which is usually around $170.  If you’re interested in a photo or video shoot, we always love to have Lucky Old Sun Ranch shine through photography!
